The biggest performance gap for all people is the difference between what we know and what we do. Being intentional with our actions can close that gap. It is a skill that can be developed and strengthened. For most people intentionality happens only when it is required, like at work. But being intentional is a skill that can and should be applied everywhere and everyday. I will enjoy sharing my experiences with you about being intentional, about learning, and leadership.
