Board Meetings (Open to Members)

Chapter board meetings are typically held monthly on the 4th Wednesday at 5:45 PM at the APICS Training Office. Members are welcome to attend and gain insight into chapter operations, initiatives, and planning.

CSCP or Certified Supply Chain Professional Instructor Led Course.

Classes Scheduled on Saturday, February 16, 23 and March 2, 2019, from 8AM to 5PM.  

First and only supply chain certification that encompasses the end-to-end global supply chain.  APICS CSCP designees gain the skills to effectively manage global supply chain activities that involve suppliers, plants, distributors and customers located around the world.  Breath is across many topics including globalization, IT enablement, logistics, service industry and more.

  • CPIM focus was internal, primarily manufacturing operations
  • CLTD focus was external but with emphasis on logistics, transportation and distribution

Training includes 4 days of Instructor led sessions complimented by a Student Learning System.  It is a comprehensive professional development and exam preparation program.  The training is split in to 3 modules:

Module 1 - Supply Chain Design

  • Develop Supply Chain Strategy
  • Design Supply Chain

 

Module 2 - Supply Chain Planning & Execution

  • Procure and Deliver Goods & Services
  • Manage the Relationship with Supply Chain Partners
  • Manage Reverse Logistics

 

Module 3 - Supply Chain Improvement and Best PracticesComply with Standards, Regulations and Sustainable Best Practices

  • Manage risk in the Supply Chain
  • Measure, Analyze and Improve the Supply Chain

 

Training material includes 1100+ pages of printed material, Smart-Study Tool, a pre-test, chapter-specific tests, exam practice questions, practice exams, flashcards, web-based glossary, access to a Resource Center, CSCP Exam Content Manual, mobile access to study tools and resources, etc.!

Registration is available on-line through January 28 at Noon.  Registration after that date/time will require special handling.  A late fee may be required.

Class and material fee for the course is $1950.  Not included are test certification fees which are managed by a 3rd party.
